Does Exercising Worsen Herpes Outbreak

I'm missing a piece of land to be happy, just enough :-) This year I decided to plant vegetables on the balcony. A few days ago I planted the seeds of beans, pumpkin, and three species of tomato. The effects seen in the picture, I also planted in other containers peas, sorrel and peppers. The peppers are probably not like me - do not want to grow!
Hopefully my seedlings that I could fill all the balconies in our building, I do not know just what would the neighbors say :-)
